Kenny Davidsen is a singer, piano player and musical director in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Four-time Las Vegas Review-Journal Best of Las Vegas gold award winner for “best piano bar.”

Kenny Davidsen grew up in Brooklyn, New York but found home in The Entertainment Capital of the World.

A lifetime performer, Kenny started working in New York City’s piano bars, including Rose’s Turn, Brandy’s Piano Bar and Don’t Tell Mama.

In 2011, he took his talents to Las Vegas and later launched his weekly show, “Kenny Davidsen’s Bow Tie Cabaret,” just off the Las Vegas Strip. Bill Medley, Adrian Zmed, Pia Zadora, Al Bernstein, Tevin Campbell and Clint Holmes are among the names that have shared the stage with Kenny and his band.

Kenny can also be found at downtown Las Vegas’ Don’t Tell Mama piano bar and as the musical director for Mondays Dark.

In December 2021, Kenny’s Bow Tie Cabaret was awarded gold from the Las Vegas Review-Journal’s Best of Las Vegas for the fifth time. He also won the silver for “best lounge show” for the third year.

Kenny Davidsen’s Bow Tie Cabaret

Every Friday at Tuscany Suites from 8:45 p.m. to 12:45 a.m., Kenny and his band perform in the Piazza Lounge. Each week brings a new host — a talented singer from the Las Vegas Strip and beyond. Over nine years, Kenny has cultivated a warm space for performers to let loose, have fun, get creative and show off talents not seen in their shows.

Located in downtown Las Vegas’ Neonopolis center on Fremont Street, Don’t Tell Mama piano bar is open nightly from 8 p.m. until it’s time to go home. Kenny plays and sings Wednesday and Saturday and there is rarely a song he doesn’t know.

Hosted by Mark Shunock at The Space, Mondays Dark is a twice-monthly fundraiser for charity organizations in the Las Vegas Valley. In 90 minutes, the show raises $10,000 for the chosen organization. In December 2019, Mondays Dark marked $1 million raised for Las Vegas charities.

Kenny has served as the show’s musical director and piano player since the beginning in 2014. In 2018, he was named Person of the Year by Mondays Dark.

In twelve tracks, singer-songwriter Kenny Davidsen’s talent shines through 2003’s “Goodnight, Baby.” Recorded in New York City, this piano pop-rock album was influenced by The Beatles, Billy Joel, Carole King, Queen and more.
